Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We of course accept returns and exchanges. We don't have a generic policy. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the goal of satisfying the customer. We treat our customers fairly and we expect them to treat us the same way.

We thrive to craft outstanding products. Non the less, if you are not satisfied, make the return within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please make sure that you do not declare a commercial value of over $15 or you may be liable for customs and duties charges.

Returns are only available for unused merchandise with the original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will incur in a restocking fee or will not be accepted. Shipping, duties and handling fees are non-returnable.

We refund to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receipt.

Free Returns

We offer free returns on faulty orders and will send you a pre-paid label.

Slight changes in color and small natural marks on the leather are not eligible for a free return. This is caused by the natural character of the leather selection and tanning process we use.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
