We Ship Worldwide.

  • We offer TRACKED international shipping from United States on all orders! Processing time.
  • Your order will be usually dispatched within 3 working days of receiving payment (Monday - Friday).
  • Delivery time may vary, especially during peaks periods.
  • Please be advised that all of our products are dispatched from our distribution center located in Bogotá, Colombia.

 

Custom and Import Taxes.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please note that when you buy a product outside of your country. It is subject to custom duties and charges, which are specific to your country. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of such charges. - Please note that international parcels are subject to random customs that could affect delivery time.
  • Please be advised that all of our products are dispatched from our distribution center located in Bogotá, Colombia.

 

RETURN POLICY

  •  Returns are accepted 15 days after the item has been received.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the return process.
  • The item will not be accepted back if they are cut, stamped, used, dirty, or marked in any way. The returned hide or skin must be in its original condition.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all refunds, on exchanges, restocking fee will be waived.
  • If the hide, skins, or product was shipped, our refund policy will be in effect so any cancellations or refunds requested after the order has shipped will be charged shipping and restocking fees.
  • The refund will then apply minus the shipping cost. Please, contact us for the return address.
